Disc 2: Essential Juggling Skills for Living on the Edge

Disc 2: Essential Juggling Skills for Living on the Edge focuses on increasingly challenging mid-level kettlebell juggling techniques that are unique to the K.A.T. Fitness System. Following a review of traditional (between-the-legs) double helicopters, this DVD provides in-depth instruction and teaching points for executing the double helicopter in various planes of motion. In addition, this course introduces “colliding-opposing flips” and goes into greater depth on linear mobility techniques such as Traveling Vikings and pirouettes, progressing from basic throws and catches to two-handed and single-handed flips and more difficult two-kettlebell throws and catches.
