Disc 3: More Essential Juggling Skills for Living on the Edge progresses to new kettlebell juggling patterns that represent the core of the K.A.T. Fitness System, such as Figure 8 Double Helicopter variations and over-the-shoulder throws. It also introduces multiple variations of kettlebell juggling cleans and snatches in different planes of movement. These skills lead into two of the signature techniques of the K.A.T. Fitness System: the quarter- and half- Flying Viking Salutes. This skill set begins with either a juggling clean or snatch, followed by a reverse lunge to one knee, an overhead palm press while kneeling, and a return to standing to complete the rep. Through smart progressions, this DVD arms you with a truly innovative set of skills that will enable you to take your functional strength, mobility, and agility to new levels.
